Particularly good location close to the bus station, and 15 min walking distance to Sa Cova Baixa. So close to public transport through to Palma City as well as Palma and airport.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. This hotel was exceptionally comfortable and great and breakfast was satisfactory. Excellent and exceptionally nice location for bars and restaurants. For shots visit Sa Foganya, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue. Helpful staff throughout.

We booked guest room and liked it. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff were PLEASANT and location was excellent.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the fact the cleaning/housekeeping was good.

Both breakfast as dinner were really disgusting. We didn't eat in the hotel because of this. In addition, there was no airco and this was not comfortable in the mornings. At last, the staff was not able to speak any English at all.

The location it has right by the beach, the centre of Palma de Majorca, and public transport is excellent and unbeatable. Also, it's located 3 km from Playa Cala Blava.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony had a lovely view. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The meals at the hotel were enjoyable, especially the Spanish fish dishes. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I arrived at this hotel as a result of a last minute mix up. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was kept clean, however my sheets were not changed in 6 days. Towels were changed daily. Wifi in lobby quite good. Drinks were reasonably priced.

The food was diabolical! I am not a fussy eater in any way BUT, what can I say? The food was inedible - everything seemed to have bones in it, (not just the fish!!) No deserts, just melons. Coffee at breakfast was foul!
